Plain language, no fine-print surprises.
Fixed quotes. Every project starts with a written fixed-price proposal. Work begins after 50% downpayment; the balance is due on launch.
What you own. Your website, domain, content, and (on Standard/Premium) admin access. Year 1 domain + hosting is included; renewals from year 2 are at cost and transferred to you.
Revisions & scope. Two design revision rounds are included. New features outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work starts.
Support. Bug fixes from our work are covered during the support window in your proposal. Content updates and new features fall under optional maintenance.
Demos & placeholders. Demo sites are concepts — contact details and content shown there are placeholders, not live client data.
